Our experience at Dietz was awesome. I stopped by just to compare zero turn mowers and after about 10 minutes knew that whatever I purchased would come from them. They are over an hour away from where we live, but just spending some time there I was sold. They had tons of knowledge about what I was looking at, they were not pushy at all and didn’t try to “sell” one brand over the other, and they gave honest feedback on questions. We came back three days later and purchased, and it was just as good of a process. Even on an incredibly busy Saturday (I think there were 8 customers at one point) they juggled everyone and did not ignore people. Truly one of the best experiences I have had on a purchase. I kind of wish Dietz sold cars….. Dale was phenomenal and we even found a tool bar we needed to change out a plow.
