The staff is very cortious Dr. Maderal was on point with my issue after years of a cronic digestive discomfort jumping from one doctor to another I am so happy and relieved I saw this Doctor and would recommend him 100 %

Dr Guzman Blum is awesome. The administration & staff that answers calls in the Hialeah office is extremely rude and constantly making errors with my medication & insurance that is affecting my health. I have provided my insurance carrier multiple times but they put in incorrect carrier. I have provided pharmacy info numerous times & they sent it to a pharmacy they have alliance with that caused issues with my insurance & payments b/c the prescription was submitted initially incorrectly for the wrong ending date les than 20 days. The insurance carrier, pharmacy, & pharmaceutical rep can all attest to the numerous issues with this office. I told Rose to please inform the PP office of the error & she told me she would not b/c I didn’t want to listen to her read the incorrect notes in her system when the pharmacy has well documented proof of Digestive Meds office errors. Prior to this one rep threatened to have Dr Blum cancel me as a patient b/c she insisted I was a no call no show all though I was hospitalized & Dr Blum had seen me multiple times during the hospital stay as well as the office was made aware at the time. The rep also told me it’s not the office’s responsibility to follow up with patients when they need to have a follow up appointment. I’ve never been to a health office so rude and unprofessional with. It’s the phone reps in Hialeah office not the actual staff in PP. I get stressed every time I deal with these reps & option 6 mailbox is ALWAYS full. Dr. Blum is great but is phone staff is a malpractice suit waiting to happen with all the unnecessary mess ups with a patient’s health.
