Replaced my satellite dish which was no longer working correctly. Work was carried out professionally and at a reasonable cost. The engineer also helped with a new Freesat Box problem that I was having, which was appreciated. Everything has worked fine since.

Fitter was tidy, professional and friendly. Loses a star as I've twice requested a receipt for the goods and services supplied and this has not been provided. I don't think it's an unreasonable request for work that cost 300.
Was able to come earlier than planned and was very professional. Would be 5 stars if he had taken the old aerial away!
D D A were very efficient from start to finish. They phoned me a couple of times about cancellations to fit my job in earlier which I accepted. When Andy came he had a chat with me re cost then just got on with the job. It took about an hour - an hour half. Very tidy worker.
