Really helpful staff in the office and in the field. Aerial was blown off during the storms of January / February 2020, and spoke to Digital Direct Aerials who offered to come out for a free site inspection and quote, with no obligation to use them afterwards. Great price, and engineer was able to fit new aerial within loft, where it is much safer, same day. Picture and signal quality remains very good, possibly better than before. Would highly recommend.
