I recommended Digital Direct Media to one of my clients of whom wanted digital screen advertising. They were very impressed with the communication throughout the sales process and that they have professional digital screen advertising designed by DMD. The advertisements generated leads and of which they converted. Fully recommend DMD services.

DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolute crooks. Took the monthly payments, provided the proofs on the 3rd instalment. Once claimed that the content is published we were quite excited but however, a strange feeling prompted us to visit the site to investigate the advert and to our surprise NOTHING WAS SHOWING. Complaint once and was promised a fix but after 4 visits to the advert site and no sign of our advert within 15min of standing and looking at the screen we have given up and lost hope and trust with these guys. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!! WE ARE SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE AGAINST THEM
PLEASE AVOID!! I purchased these services over one month ago, sent the content off they requested 2 days after purchase and was promised to receive content within 2 weeks and received nothing! I chased it up over a 4 week period more than 4 times. On the final time I demanded a refund as I had received nothing. So instead they sent me content which was NOTHING like I asked for, looked like a 5 year old had done it. I expressed my concerns to Zoe Byrne - Sales, who then blocked my number. I contacted Tony Hauge Managing Director expressing how unhappy I was asking for a refund who promised he would call to talk with an open mind about the situation, who also failed to get in contact with myself. I have tried and tried to get in contact with the company and have failed to receive nothing - Dejavu with the whole chasing up the media contact. Lack of communication is disgusting, staff protocol and complaints procedure absolutely abysmal, quality of products is POOR, also seems to be a non existent complaints procedure. I beg people to not waste their money on these services unless you literally have money to burn as thats all you will be doing. One week later and the company has still failed to mediate with an appropriate outcome for my situation. I am truly sickened with the stress they have put me under when I have only recently just had a baby and work solely on my own,m I genuinely feel this company has NO ETHICS when it comes to their clients they are purely associated around increasing revenue and profits rather than client wellbeing and satisfaction. SO SO SO WRONG
