Picking up my rental in Paris I was treated with an unpleasant upgrade, as I was given a large van, not suitable for tiny streets and small garages in France. The staff here at Dijon branch was very accommodating and polite. They were able to quickly resolve my frustration and exchange the semi-truck-van for a smaller van. Thank you for being so helpful!
