Including a bathing suit the entrance was 31 per person which is fine. The bath is big and offers a wide variety of saunas. Due to Covid there are no sauna infusions. The restaurant is nice and prices start around 14 . What I missed are free water stations to get hydrated. That is a standard. Please get them installed!

I was used to the Thermen but this time i tried the hotel room, their gym and the breakfast buffet ! Everything was AMAZING : big luxurious room, complete buffet, big gym, all of which really near the Thermen, which were as awesome as usual ! Totally recommend !

Very disappointing experience for me at Thermen Dilbeek. I won an auction at Vakantieveilingen for 2 sauna day passes. Arriving there, the receptionist seemed not the friendliest person which is for me important when arriving to a place where you should feel relaxed. On top of that, she charged 10 euros extra for coming on a Saturday which was nowhere written on the Vakantieveilingen coupon and seems a bit ridiculous to me since because of that I almost paid a full price.. Going to the lockers you could already notice very quickly that the place was kind of outdated and dark. The wellness area confirmed the outdated feeling, since it really looked like your local swimming pool. The relaxing beds are old, not comfortable and there are just too many of them in the small area. The ceilings were low, the place overall was small which resulted in more of a claustrophobic feeling rather than a zen feeling. In the swimming pool, which is also only allowed naked, there were some couples intensively hugging each other for long times. This is in general a no go for saunas and should be supervised by the people working there in my opinion. There were around 5-6 saunas and they were ok, not really big but comfortable. Outside, in between the 2 far saunas, there was a really disgusting fishy smell as well. I normally never give 1 star reviews but I really had a bad experience here and would not recommend anyone to go here. The regular price of 30 euros is not in line with what you get for it. There are far better and cleaner saunas for that price.

I had a lovely and relaxing stay. The staff was really " aux petits soins".

Nice spa, not the largest in their group of spas so this let it down slightly. Nicer range of saunas and pools at their Mechelen branch. Could do with an update. Restaurant food and staff are superb.
