Very casual. Good food. Not many places to sit.

Phenomenal fusion menu with vegan options that everyone will like. Bill the owner is there to greet you at the door, very friendly and personable but doesn't hover. Quintessential host. Very small dining room, outdoor would be nice in summer. Will be an essential stop each visit to CO. And it is.

This place is great! Come in for a cozy dinner, with amazing fusion selections that will not disappoint! If you order wine, go with the pairing they recommend, it was perfect! Order and pay at the counter and help yourself to menus, utensils, napkins, and water. We're in town from Los Angeles and rarely go to the same spot twice. This place is an exception! Because it's small, do yourself a favor and at the very least, get some takeout!

I'm visiting Keystone from SF. Profusion is such a nice surprise that I was not expecting. It's a tiny restaurant but you can just tell the owners put so much thought into the menu. It's a great place if you appreciate nice fusion food with a chef's own touch. The hot & sour soup is just amazing, and not the taste that you would have in most American Chinese restaurant. Don't expect the taste from most cheap Thai, Chinese, Indian take-out restaurant. This is simply not that kind of place.

This place is so great. There are so few places in the Rockies that actually make from scratch their food and it is actually good food. The entire place is gluten free and it is super allergy friendly overall. The Tikka Masala was had some of the greatest flavors we have ever experienced in Tikka Masala. The infusion pot roast was great. Hot and Sour soup is the best I’ve ever had.

Great little place! Thai/Malay inspired cuisine. The owner is very friendly and will gladly tell you how he ended up owning a fusion Cafe in Dillon, CO. All the food looked and smelled amazing. Pick the first thing that jumps out at you. Dessert was fantastic too.

Carrot Ginger Soup and Ginger Cardamom Creme Brulee were fantastic.
