We bought tie down straps for some buildings we needed to secure before the storm and also they were suppose to come strap down a building we bought from them recently, but the delivery guy was very sick and could not do it they day it was delivered. The delivery man said because it was on concrete he would have to come back and see if the straps were long enough. He now says they are not, but he could definitely strap down behind the building between a fence and the building. Now he says he can’t do that either. My building has NO tie downs at all. The guy says since the straps weren’t able to do the job we could get our 120.00 on the 6 we purchased, over and above the ones that came with the building. Now the office says even though we were told we could get our money back, the aren’t going to. Even though it’s only 120.00; it’s the principle. Now I’m out 120.00 and I have a building not strapped down.
