One employee (a dark haired male) on the morning of March 25th refused to wear his mask over his nose after another employee asked him to. Will not return to this establishment

Einstein Bros. Creative but not perfect. Purchased Texas brisket egg sandwich and Bagelrito with hash browns orange juice and nitro caramel cold coffee. Total came to 29.76, a bit pricey for breakfast but was willing to splurge since it was my birthday. The Texas brisket egg sandwich was a work of art and had a well balanced flavor. The bagel itself was crispy on the outside yielding and not chewy on the inside, just right. The Bagelrito is an innovative attempt but falls short of perfection. The outer "bagel" shell is a cool idea, however it's a bit too thick and chewy. Dropping the flour tortilla would make it crispy without being chewy. Ingredients on the inside were a very tasty blend with a nice kick. Didn't care for the hash browns. I was expecting a light salting on the outside, crispiness and potato flavor. Was not crispy, lacked salt and the cheese used wasn't complimentary and drowned out the natural potato flavor. Orange juice tasted amazing, perhaps freshly squeezed. Nitro caramel cold coffee was good but too sweet. I guess I'm not the target audience for that drink. Overall, I respect the effort in craft and the desire to make something different than traditional breakfast. Some of their offerings need a bit of fine tuning. Leave the orange juice and the Texas brisket bagel alone however!!
I think it was the manager working that was super nice, friendly and knew lots about coffee. They let me sit inside and I was very happy. Plus they have caribou coffee espresso which is my favorite as I'm from MN.
There were 30 people inside (Monday 02/15/21) and the serving speed was ridiculously slow. Messed up my order and forgot part of it as well. I had to come back to get one item. Just felt so inefficient. If the effort was there trying to take care of the customers quickly, it would have been different but these guys were really bad. Food was decent. Coffee was out in one pot and the other was low as well. Didn’t even feel like asking them for more. Coffee lids were out and there were no sleeves for the cup. You could see frustration on other customers faces as well. I had asked for butter on the side and it had all these crumbs in it. I had to ask what kind of butter is this and the reply was it’s regular butter and those are the crumbs that just fell in. If you are in a hurry, this might not be the place. Just a weird experience.
This was my first trip to Einstein Bros and it didn’t disappoint. Bagels were all really fresh and they had a good selection to choose from. The meat and eggs weren’t anything to write home about but it was still tasty. Reasonable prices and quick service is what will bring me back in the future.
Great bagels, but be prepared to wait in line! It’s one of I believe two bagel shops in town, and seems to be where everyone goes before hitting the slopes. Good prices and good bagels, just prepare accordingly!
Amazing breakfast food, and they're often one of the first breakfast places to open in the morning. This was my second time there, definitely going again.
It's been a while since I had bagels. But so far these are by far the best bagels I've ever had you should definitely go to this place right now.
