We first saw Quality Mountain Services van at Lowe's in Silverthorn/Dillon and got his info in case of a future use. We recently had a maintenance emergency in one of our rental properties in Dillon CO. Ed answer our call and scheduled the repair directly with our tenants. We are extremely satisfied with Quality Mountain Services and with Ed as well. He was responsive, professional and always keep us informed of the progress of the repairs. We are a small Denver base Property Management Company with 4 rental properties in Summit county and we have made Quality Mountain Services our prefer vendor to services our properties going forward. This is the cleaning company my hoa recommended for some reason. After two months of trying to get this company to come clean my basement and them saying they would get back to me....I have given up, and gone with another company. I don't know whats going on, I am giving this review purely for the fact that nine times out of ten they don't answer their phones. And the one time you get them they take all of your information and say they will call you back....then never do.
