We were driving to Florida and we needed to stop and eat. We ate here because we had coupons. Zendaya also came in because she wanted to show off her new sock dress. The food was good! Thanks.

Cobb salad was so so, the bread had been refrigerated and was cold. We dined in and the table was dirty. After sitting at the table we realized someone had spilled a soft drink under the table, sticky everywhere. Men's bathroom stall had no working lock and no soap or papertowels.

We ordered 57 worth of food. My sandwich was supposed to lettuce only. It came with tomatoes and almost no lettuce. Ended up taking it back and got a snack. Thank you to Juanita for getting me a better meal

I would like to preface this by saying I do not review restaurants and am willing to excuse mistakes, I know it's can be difficult to work at a fast food restaurant. How ever in my visit I was faced with many issues that led me to write this. First off they charged me for the wrong thing, more than what I ordered , and didn't attempt to refund me. Which I was willing to forgive because of the lunch rush. They made me wait for the chicken to be done for a couple of minutes after which they came out and delivered my food with the wrong drink. As I was driving down the street I opened it and saw that they didn't even give me the chicken. Just a sloppy mess of mayonnaise and lettuce on a bun. So I returned to the store waited in line and kindly asked the cashier to correct the mistake. Which I thought they did but as I opened to box to eat it, all I found was a sloppy, soggy sandwich, with a Chicken filet that was mostly breading, with an undercooked center. After this I decided just to go to the Wendy's beside it. Again any of these things I would be willing to forgive separately, but the combination and poor attitude of the employees really disappointed me.

Cashier was good. Chicken was dried out. Volume of music in dining area was HORRIBLY LOUD. We could not carry on a conversation. 3 of the workers were on the customer side of the counter visiting and laughing with their friends. I don't plan to ever go back to this Zaxbys again. Management needs to be replaced

Even though we have a Zaxby's here, I have never eaten there. This one was very tasty and the wings were very good. We had a large group and they managed the orders quite well with no real delays in service. They were busy, which can be expected since they are located next to Carrowinds.
