I want to thank Wet 2 Dry for all their help with my basement. I had one company come in and wanted to charge me 7000 to fix the problem without investigating to real issue.if I would of spent the 7000 it would of not fixed the problem and would of been a waste of money. I called Wet 2 Dry and they took their time to get to the real issue and saved me thousands of dollars. If you ever need help please call this company, very professional. Wet 2 Dry literally came in and saved my entire timeline on a remodel project at the drop of a hat. The sump pump is fantastic. The work that was done, the workers on the job and the equipment they provide you with were all top of the line. I will 100% be using them for the other services they provide.

On my mind

Terrible. I showed him specifically where the water was coming in by the door. I wanted it sealed. They did not seal it, but rather put in a very small drain that they said hooked into my system. Well from the looks of that drain it doesn’t hook into anywhere. Wouldn’t a responsible contractor check their own work? There’s a water hose feet away. 1200 down the drain.

This company offers a great service for a comparatively reasonable price. The estimator and the contractors showed up on time every time. The cost stayed fairly close to the original estimate despite some complications requiring complete removal and reinstallation of my furnace. These guys really know what they're doing! My one and only slight complaint is that I wish there was more cleanup after this extremely messy, muddy, and dusty service. I am aware that it's very hard to contain concrete dust though, so it's really a small complaint. I would hire these guys again and definitely recommend them. My very old basement is finally dry and no longer smelly!
