The service staff were just too sensitive and took every issue as a personal attack. This discouraged many customers along with me to service our motorcycles in this center. I mean we were simply pointing out the issues that occured in our motorcycles and the chronological accounts that occurred, some hinted that they had recently been to the service station but not with the intent that the mechanics had done something wrong, but alot of unnecessary moments were spent simply arguing and clearifing what had been said and what had been heard. God help us Royal Enfield owners in Assam.
