Very helpful and welcoming. I overnighted in Ruse in early August amid a long distance trip partly along EuroVelo6. Due to leakage of my Magura hydraulic rim brakes, I had to urgently replace my entire brake system by conventional V-brakes. An accountant in charge opened the shop for me before the official hour, offered me and my friend a coffee and phoned to the mechanic to be sure of all parts details needed for me. Thanks a lot !
