BEWARE!!! The owner and a lady driving just sped through the school zone on Laurel Rd. After, they changed lanes immediately with me right there. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid them hitting me. We both pulled into Publix and I called the owner to let him know how his driver was driving and then the lady and the owner gets out of the van blaming me and the car in front of them. They laughed at me and once I told them I would let the people in this area know what he and his employee did to me this morning they then gave a half a** apology all the while smirking. I would never support this business. They don’t abide by the laws, I guess they are above everyone else. Please slow down in school zones to keep Our children safe! Also, put your blinker on to change lanes and if someone is already there, DO NOT change lanes, WAIT until it’s clear. If it’s done by mistake just give a friendly wave or if you see the person just apologize. Don’t put blame on the person in front of you or the person you almost ran off the road. Can you imagine what they are doing behind their customers back. Just call a nice reputable company.

What a terrific team of professionals! They did a beautiful job on my renovation. The hardwood is unique and not a single issue. It is gorgeous. The quartz countertop and island installation gets oohs and ahs every time someone sees it. Planning on redoing my bathrooms and I wouldn't consider anyone else! It's tough to find dependable contractors in Florida but these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend! UPDATE: I have used Dimitri and Yianni three times now over the last five years for remodeling projects in my home. I am so very happy with the results! All the work is beautifully done. I trust them. The latest projects included beautiful new quartzite counters in the bathrooms, cabinets, waterfall faucets and sinks. A gorgeous new backsplash in kitchen after installing a new thin microwave. They are good people.

This is about the fourth time I have used Dimitri and Yani , I have always worked well with the team , Chris always seems to understand what i looking for in the remodel or the new construction. Has great ideas and is willing to work with you to achieve your ultimate goal in the remodel. Now we are doing a major new construction job with the Dimitri and Yani and look forward to get it started with Chris

Vastly Apparent

We needed to remodel our offices for quite awhile, finally decided to get things in gear. Work turned out great; new flooring, repainted, even helped me put back together my old desk (thing is ancient and heavy!). Overall very pleased, enough so that I recommended them to my mother for her bathroom remodel!

We called them to get a vision and estimate for a new kitchen. We got a fabulous plan with very stunning details and great ideas. My husband who is an engineer was very impressed by the quality of the cabinets (we did get the top choice). We thought that the price was fair and we were not nickled and dimed, at all. The men assigned to us were so nice and did excellent work. Our kitchen was completely enclosed so very little dirt escaped. . When the job was completed we were over joyed, it is the most beautiful kitchen I have ever seen. Very responsive to any questions and concerns. You will be very happy with them

Consumer beware! Most reviews are likely not real customers. These guys were hired to do my kitchen and bathrooms. The actual guys doing the work were respectful and decent. Although, there appeared to be only 1 qualified person doing almost all of the work. Hard to work with owners (or rather one of the owners son's - Chris) when the team does something incorrectly or damages something and you bring it to their attention, be prepared to battle with Chris. He is a detriment to that business when dealing with customers. He was very difficult to work with throughout the entire process. I could go on and on and in to the details of all of the issues, but that would make this review way too long. As a result of their remodel, my kitchen is 2nd rate and has damage that they attempted to hide and things they failed to properly assemble, as well as issues with the workmanship in bathrooms. Also, trusted them to go with their painter only to have to deal with another headache and poor workmanship that had to be addressed and never really was taken care of and recently was told that all walls in the house only had 1 coat of paint where I paid for 2! Another con. Sad because I really trusted these guys (primarily Demitri who sold their services to me) and that they would do the right thing. Basically, I ended up spending the most money I ever have (outside of buying my home) on a remodel that looks like a DIY with some major quality issues. They (Chris) does not respond well to issues they created/caused and will do everything they can to make it seem as if it is your fault. So beware, lots of headaches and heartache dealing with them. Protect your hard earned money and go elsewhere even if it costs a little more. Also, I noticed that they managed to get a few unfavorable reviews removed. Not sure how that occurred, but there used to be more. Again, homeowner please beware. Ask for references and visit them and read more reviews.
