They providing the pre booking facilities of ticket before eid as well as for some other festival occasion. Also added that they have a huge ac restroom for their passengers and they are the only one in town who provides international bus services from Bangladesh to Kolkata.

They provide good service. They have not only transportation services but also also also other services such as food items.
Counter was not good. Service quality is very poor. After start our journey, just 5 min later, at fulbari busstand, the bus keep stop, and stay more then half an hour absence of all bus staff. Then they come back and start repairing bus engine. If the engine was not good, why they choose this bus for long journey. Another is that, ticket fair is 1275 taka but they force me to give 1500 taka.
