I had a great time on the river! I only speak English, but I managed just fine. The river is beautiful, and there are plenty of places to pull off and rest or grab some food. Be sure to book early as the number of boats is limited. I was only able to get a comfort kayak, but I actually liked it better than the standard. It's a bit wider so you don't sit as low in the water and you don't get hung up on rocks as easily.

We booked for the 21 km ride, but heard the day we want to do it (next day) that it was to dry for that route. We also booked for the "more comfortable kayaks and lighter paddels" but everyone got the same. Still a nice tour. Edit: Thanks for the reply! I understand about the dryness, also we still managed, with a lot of nice stops, to fill a full day with the 12 km route.
Very good for team activities. Depth of water is less than 1 metre during summer which makes it possible for kids as well to join. Scenic views on the way are amazing. Nice restaurant welcomes us at the end of the trip. Lockers are not available to store our belongings but every kayak gets a small bucket to store valuables. Overall experience is good.
Great place to kayak, but gets very crowded on hot days. Places to stop and eat on the way.
It is a really beautiful river. But sometimes there are a lot of people so ist a little difficult to navigate. On the other hand it really scenic and there are 2 little waterfalls that you can go down so that's fun too.
Fantastic place. I recommend it for everyone who needs to jump to nature out of daily stress and responsibilities.
I'm sure this would have been a lovely trip if we would have actually been able to go on the kayak. We got on the bus that takes you there then stopped by a cafe to have a bite to eat. Then we went to the "boarding area" and they suddenly tell us that we cannot go, that the last group had already gone. According to their brochure, the latest departure was at 16:00 and we were there at 15:30. No one told us that we had to stay in a group with people or that you had to follow a type of guide. So yeah, after their bus has brought us to this area we then had to find another way to get back, since this wasn't going to happen via a kayak. Thankfully a train station was close by and we took it back to our car, went to their services desk and informed them of everything that happened. They basically blamed us, no sympathy but did give us a refund. We told them to inform people of this, update their brochure etc. So I would still recommend to go on this trip, but make sure that you follow the heard, dont do your own thing and dont read their webpage or brochure. Ask them about everything when your there and have them confirm time schedules, information flow is not their top priority. Also, taking the train from their parking area is a lot faster than the bus, costs 2.5 euros for adults one way. We sat on their bus 40min waiting for it to depart, when we were actually told that it went every 10min. So again, make sure to double check info everywhere with them.
Had a very bad experience today. Turned up at the ticket office on the day of my kayak reservation only to be told that kayak trips are cancelled for the day due to low water levels. They claimed to have sent an email about this, but we checked that there was no email sent to us. I would advise to call them for confirmation a day before the trip.
