This was an under floor insulation job in a three bedroom bungalow which has an extension and suspended floors. Chris came out to survey our property and while he was here he gave us a quote (over 4000 cheaper than the first quote we received) and explained how the job would be done before arranging a date and time for the job to take place. When they arrived they took copious steps to ensure that fibres/dust would be kept to a minimum and throughout the day they were polite, considerate and respectful of both us and the property. After a long day (the previous quote had anticipated it taking 4 days) they completed the job and tidied up as much as they could. Chris showed us photos taken under the floor to show how the job had been done.We had been in all day and they had worked in difficult conditions and as far as we could see they had done the job properly and with care. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

We needed the loft re-insulating after taking out all the old material to get rid of a rat infestation. He came within a couple of days to measure up, and gave us a firm quotation. Attended on time to do the work, and did an excellent job. First of all, he covered the hall and stair carpets, then got on with the job. As well as covering the loft floor, he insulated all the walls of the loft (we have a loft conversion in part of it) by installing insulation behind netting. He left the place spotless, and was thoroughly professional throughout. The cost was as per invoice, even though the job took considerably longer than he had expected. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Very professional. Came out very promptly to York to do a survey for loft insulation and was very flexible in organising a date to do the actual work. When here, they carried out the insulation without making any mess. As an added bonus, they filled in a hole in our bathroom ceiling caused by a shower curtain fixture that had come away, and left several screws for us to reattach it. Helpful all round!

Chris boarded out our loft. He did a brilliant job, removing the old boarding, which was of inferior quality and poorly laid, and installing new boards. The loft is now boarded out superbly and can be used safely for storage. He was polite, friendly and made sure our carpets were fully protected and any mess was fully cleaned up afterwards. A great job!
