Very happy with my service from Direct Lettings so far. Julie-anne has been very responsive and helpful while applying and securing our flat. She even used time of her own to get things done to speed up the process in order for us to be able to move in when we needed which I appreciate very much.
Had a few little issues with the flat when I moved in but everything was sorted out in a good, timely fashion. Great value for money. Love this wee flat. Thankyou Direct Lettings!!
Myself and my partner have rented with Direct Lettings for 3 and a half years and we’ve loved every second! We’ve lived in two separate properties managed by them as we upsized after two years. Both properties were managed by April McCallum and we honestly cannot fault her. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly and professionally. Also shout out to all the guys in the office that we didn’t see or hear from but we’re still doing their thing in the background. You hear some horror stories with letting agents in Dundee but these guys made it so so easy. Sad to be leaving them but we’ve finally managed to buy our own house. Would definitely recommend these guys and we would definitely consider coming back if we had our own property to rent out as we know how well they look after the tenants as well as the property. Thanks again guys!
Excellent service as always The work done for me in particular by April McCallum has always been first class.Attentive and knowledgeable.The property was relet quickly .All of the documentation in a complex business was taken care of by April as was the property refurbishment
