Fine if you need to use their services as all the guards are professional however if you’re an employee of the company, expect to be treated like a dog! Management are liars and not professional at all in their approach to dealing with situations behind closed doors!

Direct Security Solutions have been providing trained Covid-officers to Runcorn Linnets FC home matches while we have been in the highest of restrictions. Their officers perform various roles on matchdays but their primary objective is to encourage social distancing around the stadium, oversee queue control, ensure safe access egress & movement around the stadium, all in a positive and friendly manner. They have performed way beyond our expectations, the feedback from supporters has been fantastic and importantly the dealings with the office and organisation is just as positive as the officers on the ground. We at Runcorn Linnets FC couldn't be happier with the services of Direct Security Solutions!
