I happened to come across direct trade supplies just by luck. Me and my husband were searching the internet looking for a good value ceiling light. We did have a good browse around a few websites and decided we like the look of the Endon Eterne, me and my partner just really liked the Led strip style of the light, turns out the cheapest was direct trade supplies - cheers google. Before purchasing we thought it would be best to check stock and get a lead time as it's an absolute nightmare trying to co-ordinate deliveries when redesigning a lounge. I called the office up and spoke to Jordan, she was very helpful and was able to check the stock for me at their supplier. We placed the order on the 4th of January, shortly after we received an email from Tom in customer services just confirming my delivery was being sent from the manufacturer to me so I could get it in time for my electrician, very thoughtful of them. The order was delivered very promptly the following day on the 5th. It's nice to once again meet a company who really value their customers and can help coordinate deliveries to meet specific timescales. Thank you very much Direct trade supplies. All the best Shirley

Found ceiling lights on line that we liked, but did a search and came up with Direct Trade Supplies offering the same lights 120 cheaper! Ordered two ceiling lights which arrived the day after my order had been confirmed. Put them up the next day - they look great, better than the picture on the website. Great service and at probably the lowest price. Will be ordering wall lights soon.
Ordered products 27/11/2020. Then informed items would be in stock 2/12 and 8/12. Heard nothing from the company and chased 3 times. Cancelled order in the end as the service is non existent. Sorry taking my business elsewhere
Avoid this company at all costs! I have received a very bad customer service. I paced an order 25/11/2020 they told me that they dispatched the order on 30/11/2020. Today it has been 2 weeks and they still havent delivered the products which they charge upfront. When I called the sales manager Rick, he was very arrogant and unhelpful, he blamed the logistic company and he said that he cannot do anything about my order which gone missing in logistic company. when i asked for a special delivery or compensation, he said that he will cancel my all order and thats it. after 2 weeks of wait i have left with nothing. total waste of my 2 weeks without any solution.
Ordered on line. Wrong item sent and they would not accept any responsibility for error and very rude. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM IN ANY WAY, A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
