Absolutely fantastic service from initial enquiry to job completion. Great price for the job of whole house ( all windows and doors, changing sliding patio doors to exquisite french doors, and centralising front door). We had several quotes and decided to go with direct windows as Claire gave us some great ideas on what to do whilst not being pushy. They were also competitive on price! The installers were fantastic, cleaned up after every day’s work, not just at the end of the whole job which was good. They had to come back to finish off and worked hard to make sure the job was done to a high standard, in time for Xmas too! Overall, a super friendly and professional service, have already recommended them to a few friends 5*
