I just love this place, best quality hay in the valley, and very fair pricing! Staff is always extremely nice and helpful (even when I come minutes before closing) we appreciate everything!!

I have always been treated extremely well by all staff, the cashiers remember me and always ask how our rescue bunnies are doing, the owner has stayed late to help me when I'm not able to get there until there are only 5 minutes until they are closed. On top of the fantastic customer service, they take great pride in sourcing extremely high quality hay and products. They have the BEST quality Timothy hay in the valley. I'll never shop anywhere else! #wascallywabbitwehab

We haves truly enjoyed this spot for our feed as it is close and normally have a great experience. I will no longer be recommending them to others, As I have always in the past. Today we were treated extremely unprofessional by an employee she was extremely rude to us and when we made the comment if you prefer we can go elsewhere, I was so shocked and surprised with her response of go ahead. Not sure if she is related to the owner or not. But on any account we will never return to this store and not recommend to anyone. So disappointing, however I refuse to give my hard earned money to a company that allow customers to be treated like this.
