Due to the teachers changing constantly and the lack of lessons plans actually being completed,(they are posted everyweek so I know what my child is said to be doing but it doesn’t get done) you can tell management needs work. Robin is a representative for RHAM and focuses more on politics. My child shouldn’t have 4 different teachers in one year. The infant room does even have books to read to the babies and play scape was basically dirt for months until they finally put in new wood chips. Also snack menu does not get followed. Is Frosted Flakes a healthy snack. Heather is a good manager but she needs some help.
