We were very happy with the garage slab, driveway and retaining wall when it was first done last summer. But since then we have had significant cracking of the driveway and have contacted Matt and Simon about the problem. They are unwilling to fix the work even though I have documented that best practices were not followed by attaching the driveway to the house, garage slab and retaining wall. Attaching the driveway to all of these structures has limited the ability for freedom of movement and caused spiderweb like cracking in multiple places. I would say that these guys do a fine job if you are asking for a simple front driveway but for any other design do your own homework first and know how concrete should be placed. Don't place your trust in them.
Job well done.!!! We are very pleased with Diversified 's attention to detail, as my wife and I conveyed our plans to him, for our dream yard. Our driveway also turned out well beyond our expectations. Simons' over 20 years experience, definitely shows in his comprehension of our wishes, craftsmanship and choice of personnel. They were very respectful in keeping the unused portions of our yard, in tact. And when we were at home, the noise and disruption in our neighborhood, to a minimum. We definitely would call on Diversified Concrete Services,again, for any future project we might have.
I noticed their work trucks in my neighbourhood and thought they looked professional so I gave them a call. They have been pleasant to deal with thus far.
