Probably the worst ever travel booking company ever? Bought about 500 worth of travel tickets for various projects but manager didn't know if we were being sent a collection reference number or if the tickets were being mailed to our institution. ... Turns out they were being mailed, without being tracked, and tickets got lost. Finally, on the back of this, a friend did a price comparison with other travel agency and turns out diversity prices are more often than not more expensive than anyone else. Not to mention a 6.50 fee for every single booking.
