I went here for eyelash extensions for my wedding. I got a Groupon as a gift from one of my bridesmaids to come here. When I scheduled my appointment I stated numerous times that I was paying with a Groupon. I was then scheduled to come in on a Sunday. I went to pay and they stated that they did not accept Groupons on the weekend. They refused to find a proper solution to the problem and I ended up having to pay for my lash set and they gave me 25% off (still cost me 90) and I now have no use for the Groupon that was gifted to me. They refused to accept the fact that it was their fault that they still scheduled me on a weekend despite this rule of theirs. On top of that I asked for the shortest and most natural looking lashes that they had as I had never had lash extensions before. The picture below is what I received. With my wedding 3 days away I had to find another salon to remove these and put on new ones. The lash technician I went to (that was properly trained) stated that they put glue directly onto my eyelid blocking the growth of the hair follicle. This risked internal growth and infection if I would have left them on for a longer period of time. Because of this every time I closed my eyes it the lashes poked and pulled on my natural lash and my skin. Not only were they extremely unprofessional following my appointment, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service that ended up costing me double since I had to get them redone. Pictures below are the service I received, a photo of the glue directly on my eyelid, as well as what a proper lash extension looks like versus the chunks that Mikayla put on my eyelashes. It took almost 2 hours to remove due to the size of the chunks and the amount of glue on my skin.

The atmosphere is beautiful. The staff is professional. Namia did an excellent job on my lashes and Brazilian wax. Namia made sure I was comfortable during what many would describe as uncomfortable. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be back.

I went and got a facial here! My esthetician was Melissa and she was super sweet, professional and knows what she is doing! I was about to fall asleep on the table, that’s how soothing it was and her facial massages are amazing!! The whole place had a super sweet environment. Love the staff. Will be going back for other services and more facials!!

This was my first experience ever getting lashes. Ashley was fantastic!! She explained everything and made me feel comfortable. My lashes turned out better than I could have ever imagined!! I love how they look natural but enhanced. She’s amazing. I Will absolutely be back here again! Don’t hesitate to book an appointment here. All the girls were very nice!! What a great experience!!
