I highly recommend Dixon Ford and Jeff Dewey. He was so very helpful and took the time to explain everything we asked. Very knowledgeable about Fords. He even took the time to set us up on blue tooth and showed how to work the apple sync maps. He took us on a tour of the service department so we could see what a nice operation they have. Alex in Finance was helpful and knowledgeable as well! Great experience for us!

My Escape had a Engine Fault show on the display. Dixon Ford looked at it within minutes of arrival. It is losing engine coolant. I was traveling to North central Pennsylvania from Kansas at this time and was due the next day. I told them to fill with coolant so I could get there. This being a replacement engine, which only has 10,000 miles on it, they suggested I return to the dealer who replaced it. Dixon Ford did more than I asked for. I would recommend them without hesitation. Good job guys!

Purchased a used vehicle from here, waited much longer than the given ETA for being able to pickup the vehicle from the dealership. Since I purchased the vehicle out of state, they noted registration had to be done through a third party, and I still have not received it as of 11/27, and I purchased the vehicle on 9/2, and when I picked up the vehicle, it came with an expired temp tag, so I have no proof of registration if I get pulled over. Their response to this was \Officers are usually pretty understanding in these types of situations\ essentially leaving me to rely on the kindness of an officer to not be ticketed or fined for this. On top of this, I have put roughly 3,000 miles on the car since purchase, and the rear brakes have already completely failed, and so far I have to pay out of pocket to purchase calipers, pads, and rotors. 10/10 do not recommend this dealership.
