Best place for hangout with friends family.Very friendly staff and also the owner.Had a great time.They have campfire,BBQ equipments.Very quiet enviroment and the villa was awesom it was all made my wood.love to go again

I liked the outside view especially in the morning and they have arranged the seating to enjoy the nature. Lovely place to stay and relax. enjoyed staying in there to spend my vacation :)
I went there in Dec 2019 and please is very beautiful and so classy. very much enjoyed the way the owner serving our needs and impressed with the staff service. Meal is very tasty. Looking forward to visit here again
Overall a very good property, newly built. We occupied this Villa for 2 days in April 2019. 09 adults and 01 child. Rooms - Rooms are spacious. 01 Room down stairs and 02 Rooms upstairs. All made out of wood. Upstairs 01 room has no attached toilet but the toilet that is there is common for both rooms. Clean toilets. Solar Hot-water available. Water pressure was excellent due to pressure pump. Pantry - Cooking facilities are there with all the utensils. There is no refrigerator in the pantry, but because of the cool climate that is not a major issue. We cooked our meals. You can buy food stuff from Diyatalawa town or Haputale. There is a small grocery close by too. Staff - Friendly, ready to help at all times. Mr Charles the Manager was very helpful in giving all the information prior to our arrival. Mr Charles is also a musician and can arrange a group on request. Mr Subramanium, the caretaker was very cheerful and helpful too. Garden – It was in full bloom. Vegetables are grown in the garden and it is a soothing sight for a holiday. There is a swing too, which our 10-year-old enjoyed riding. They are hoping to have a play area for the kids in the future. BBQ and Bonfire facilities available too. Access Road – We came via Diyathalawa town and the roads were excellent. After turning from Diyathalawa to Walgahawela road it becomes narrower with couple of hair-pin bends. However last 200m approaching the property was not paved and needs careful driving especially for cars with low ground clearance. Contact the property for accurate directions All in all, it was a wonderful experience at Wellanhinna Hills.
Totally happy with the stay and room service, food and cleanliness. Relaxing place and located close to to all attraction.
