The thing is when I first ever ordered, a long time ago, your food was good, I did have the ribs back then so I will say they are probably the best thing on your menu, however, tonight I waited over an hour for a squashed sweaty over fried mess of a burger they call a stack, the skin on chips were under done, obviously put too many in the fryer at once because most of them were still pretty hard, it's not really authentic when it obviously is just fried straight from a plastic bag, pretty dissapointed that I decided to choose this after learning Certifried Chicken in Grantham is no longer open anymore

Food turned up within the hour, the portion size is brilliant and the jerk wings are pretty damn good I’ll be ordering again!

Ive ordered from here about 4-5 times and I stand by this; Its by far the nicest take away in grantham. The food is always an amazing standard (the milkshakes are really swell too) and the delivery time and staff are always perfectly friendly and before the estimated time. Keep doing what you do and i'll keep stuffing my face with your amazing food!

Ordered food from them, didn't arrive for 2 hours. We started wondering what was going on rang them about 20 times to have no one answer. I went to their shop, but they were closed. Looks like they are either closed or don't care. Would be 0 Stars if I could. Edit: The food never actually arrived. Two days later and still no reply from the voice mail, or e-mail.
