Not very trustworthy. They don’t stand behind their work. Edit: The response from DKT is inaccurate and untrue. You never once asked if my plans were approved, if you had I would've sent you the approved plans. Why would you like that? What you did inform of, was that you weren't going to come back out. When I tried to inquire why, you told me because \he's the owner and if he says no then it's just no.\ You were very rude and you misrepresented your services.
We are very appreciative for the quick response, courtesy, and professionalism shown from the first phone call to the actual survey. The men arrived on time, were considerate of our pets and property, and provided a thorough explanation of the process. There was excellent communication and work was done within the time frame given.
As the Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of South Hampton Roads, I have the pleasure of working with many subcontractors. DKT are superstars. They ALWAYS produce the highest quality surveys and drawings. They ALWAYS finish their work before the deadline. The best part of working with DKT is communications. As they answer the phone and reply to emails. A great firm!!!!!
DKT stands for Discouraging Knuckleheaded Troublesome Associates. I've submitted online requests for a physical survey 3 times this year through this place. Apparently, no one is monitoring the online requests. You'll just simply get an automated response saying that they've received your request & will follow up with you as soon as possible. Whatever. They absolutely will not.
