*this is a happy review* I had gotten a test done waaay back in 2004. I had found my biological father and we had a test to confirm it. It was confirmed that he was indeed my father. Sadly, later in December of 2004, my father passed away. I had never received a copy of my results because the test was requested from a third party and at the time, I had no idea how to go about requesting that information. As Father's Day is approaching, I find myself thinking about my dad and what he was like. I sought out the information of where we were tested and sent an email to their contact us page. Within 24 hours, maybe not even that long more like 12 hours, a wonderful man named Brian was responding to my email. I explained my situation and asked if I may be able to have access to the results. Brian informed me that since it's been a while, the archives may no longer exist. Giving it a shot, he was able to find the records and sent them to me by the next day. I was so elated and grateful, I had to tell you guys how awesome the service was that I was provided. In a time where there isn't stellar customer service, Brian and DNA Testing Solutions provided me with superior service and an understanding that this was something important to me. It may just be a piece of paper to some, but for me, it's one of very few keepsake memories I have of my dad. Thank you again for the amazing service!
