Absolutely the worst internet provider I had to deal with in my life. Every time I call them I have different information from every new person. You're fine as long as your internet is connected and works. But don't you dare to make one step away from it. Not even simple change of plan can be done without being a massive trouble and I called them about it countless times.

In the evening hours internet is almost not working. Despite having fiber connection to the apartment, between 19-22 it's often impossible to watch Netflix/Youtube even in the lowest quality settings. Their WiFi router is also not the best, while it's modem is setup in a such way that disallows connecting your own WiFI router.

Being an Internet provider you would think they actually provice constant internet. Well, they can't even do that.

Buy a good mobile data pack if you have to sign a contract with them (their preferred business model is equipping houses with internet and forcing renters into contracts, cause no other providers can provide internet..)

I got into a contract with DNS-NET because my landlord obliged me. First of all they will charge 100 EUR to mount your internet. After that the TV was not working, so to send a technician would cost also close to 100 EUR. I have imagined that first they would make everything work and than if something would break they would charge for repairing, but NO. The biggest problem was when they decided to charge to my bank account directly 135 EUR. I rejected the transaction, wrote to them immediately asking what are they charging for. They have open a ticket and I waited close to two weeks and no reply. In the meantime they issued a warning for not paying and added 10 EUR to the initial bill. I addressed this to them again, all the time they said that the answer is being processed. So they processed the answer for another two weeks and the result was sending me another warning to pay. No explanation, no nothing, just plain and simply I charge the way I want give me the money. So now I became furious on the mere incompetency. I have paid the money, but still no reply from them. Worst customer service ever! Charging customers and not being able to tell them what is for for a month is beyond incompetency.

Not sure where the negative feedback comes from. So far, the best ISP I have had in Berlin, after dramatic experiences with telecolumbus, PYÜR & Vodafone. What might help is that they are the only ones providing Internet Access in my building, which means they lay the foundations for all the fiber here. Nonetheless, technician came by on the day we got the keys. Took 10 minutes, and we had the fastest and most stable internet in Berlin yet. No drops, packet loss, often over delivering on the bandwidth (have 100 Mbit downstream, can often get up to 150Mbit). I did need to get an extra WiFi Mesh Repeater because the modem/AP is placed all the way at the entrance, meaning that much further away we have poor reception. With the included AVM Fritz 7560 1160 Repeater, it all works brilliantly.
