Felice went well beyond what we expected from a travel agent. In addition to setting us up with the best tours, guides, restaurant choices etc, he also helped us through a serious medical crisis. He made himself available at all hours of the day and night, acted as translator and made numerous inquiries on our behalf, assuring we got the best medical treatment possible.
