This is an unethical practice. It’s been more than 48 hours that I am waiting for my treatment plan for the condition I have and I get nothing from the practice or the doctor. It is almost midnight where I am, I have no where to go, no treatment plan, no idea on what to do. I will be escalating this legally as you should not be holding a license to practice as it is a threat to people’s lives. I have emailed multiple time’s and no one comes back to me as you promise, nor do you pick up the phone. Highly unreliable, neglectful and unprofessional.

Great Covid-19 PCR Swabs & Fitness to Travel Certificates service! My mum performed the test on Friday, and got the test results on Saturday. Altho the Lab has produced the initial report with incorrect DOB, DocTap has promotly helped us to request another Lab report with correct DOB within a day on Sunday. :) Thanks DocTap, your effort is very much appreciated!
Avoid this company at ALL costs. Unprofessional and extremely negligent. Lost my PCR test and only informed me two days later when I was expecting the results and ready to fly. Who does that? Completely unresponsive now that the error is made. Their reviews show that this is not a one time or two time thing. Go with another company if you plan to actually get on the flight that you booked.
I would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT USE! Test taken 72hrs prior to flight to Dubai for business meetings & running an event. No confirmation email so chased. Told the test was at the lab. A colleague received their results via email. Waited 12hrs & chased to be told they’d lost test. Then... received a confirmation email that the test was at the lab, but oh no it wasn’t! Apart from the test procedure guy who was great, this service has been awful, with many errors when professionalism & organisation is required. Now need to arrive in Dubai, take test & isolate while waiting for result... missing 2 meetings & possibly day 1 of the event.
Second time I have used this service and have been really happy with it on both occasions. I saw Dr Hannah Davies today and would really recommend her to other patients. Took the time to listen to my symptoms and ask pertinent questions and didn't make me feel rushed. Felt very reassured by the end of the consultation that my issue had been addressed. Very happy with the service provided today and previously and at a great cost compared to other similar services. Thank you
