I needed to replace 2 tires that popped this week. I called Doctor Tire to see if they had my tires in stock and they did. I pulled into their garage same day, and someone was at my car door immediately. My car was done in less than 20 minutes. The price for their service was great. The guys are nice to work with and they help their customers pull out of the garage by stopping traffic! Makes it very convenient to pull onto a busy street! I definitely will be back and will refer my friends to this place. Thank you for your great service! If you offered other services I would come here for that too!
Was referred by a neighbor. We needed tires put on our van and oil change. Doctor Tire was very good on giving me a quote and fitting me into the schedule with the services I wanted(oil change, 4 Tires mounted and balanced, diagnostic) Prices are EXCELLENT and I couldn't be more please on how they handled my vehicle and how open and honest they were. I would recommend this place for tires and any other services needed for your vehicle.
I got a brand new tire pressure gauge because one of mine was out and not reading, along with some other work done, however, I had to go back two or three times afterwards because my tire pressure was still not reading on my dashboard. The last time I called I told them that not only is the original tire pressure not reading but now an additional tire is not reading as well. I was told that they would have to do some googling and would call me right back... that was two weeks ago. So now I’m out 80-90 for the new part and two of my tire pressure readings. Aside from all of this, everyone was very nice and were honest about me not needing new tires because the quality of mine were still very good. P.S. they also somehow screwed up my keyless entry because now my car beeps like it’s locking when I’m unlocking my doors and that has never happened in the four years I’ve had my car.
