Like a lot of people these days making sure I’m all good for work. Like most places there is paperwork not a fan lol. Everyone was nice. There test was not overly invasive swab to the nose. Dr Player discussed everything and was very personable. Doctors sometimes forget to be people and this was appreciated! Hope the Veterans Administration continues this relationship! Facilities was very clean and professional.

Very disappointed! I had a persistent cough and fever. Everyone was friendly however MD told me he would send a prescription for cough medicine. Prescription was never sent. I called to inquire and was told it was sent to the wrong pharmacy and it would be corrected. Still no prescription the next day and told the doctor never made a note that he sent a rx and he wouldn’t be back until Friday (visit was on Monday) so I had no way to receive the medicine. And no one offered to call the physician to inquire about the prescription. UPDATE: the physician called on Friday and apologized for forgetting to send the prescription which was nice but I’m still disappointed that they could not provide a solution until 4 days after my appointment.

Wonderful experience! Staff from the front desk ladies to the PA to the MD were so kind, pleasant, and professional! Very efficient check in process. It felt very safe during this pandemic!

I didn’t expect to wait as long as I did to be seen but I certainly understand. I was treated professional and caring. I received the treatment that I had had before with my condition. They were very helpful. I have used them in another location and will use them here in Anderson. I do recommend them.

Doctors Care on East Greenville Street are amazing! I arrived with a really bad dog bite. The staff was excellent... professional, knowledgeable, and so kind! They stitched me up and did a wonderful job. Thanks girls you are all amazing
