The lady at the font desk was nice however some of the doctors there are quite rude. Plus some of them don’t want to do their job. I came there with symptoms needing blood taken and the doctor was saying there was nothing wrong and was quite rude. I then went to another doctors office and asked for the same thing and they came back and told me there was actually in fact a problem. Not worth the time. You will be wasting money here. Not only are they rude but they don’t want to do their job. Choose somewhere else to go. Hope ferry isn’t too far.

I was disheartened by my treatment here. I was seen by a nurse practitioner that really could not bare to give me the time of day or treatment I deserved. After checking in online before 9 am, not getting told that I could actually arrive to the office itself until 12, and then having to wait in my care for over an hour before I was seen for all of five minutes was truly disgusting. My issues were not addressed, I was not cared for nor listened to, and when I called back to say something afterwards I was disregarded and told that I would have to come back in for an additional visit that I would also have to pay for if I wanted to address my concerns again. I understand that we are all under a great deal of stress, especially our medical staff, due to the pandemic, but this is no excuse for the complete lack of professionalism that I faced while here.
