I had experience of nothing but rudeness with this facility and I'm honestly surprised that they even get customers. The front desk and nurse told me false information and and fought with me on this information. I do not recommend this facility as if I'm coming in upon rudeness. They should do a better job with additudes and realize that they end to be friendly and correct

I want to first inform you that this is the first time I've ever written an employee complaint. My name is Thomas jones. I'm currently a patient at your health care facility, Doctor's Care Bereau, located at 6704 Whitehorse Road Greenville, SC 29611. I severely injured my back recently at work, and had to visit your facility today on, March 3, 2020. The employee I was assigned to was Kathleen Mitchell. I'm assuming today was one of her worst days. It's the only reason that would explain Ms. Mitchell: saying, \You like You're big and strong you'll be okay\, or her cutting me and walking AWAY when ever it was my chance to respond, or her telling me I'll be okay carrying weight even after informing her my own body weight is enough pain now, or her saying she wasn't going to keep me out of work for a \little\ back pain. I understand that we're human an bad days happen, but I've never experienced so much disrespect and unprofessionalism from someone, especially in her line of work. I'm a working father of a big family, who solely depend on my income & who depends on my back to work, and it isn't. Ms. Mitchell didn't understood that she's letting her day affect my life, I still remained respectful. I say that to say I was having a bad day too, but I treat people with respect because I never know what they're going through. If you could have someone contact me, I want to make sure that decisions with this much power, and importance are decided by honest people. Thank you for your time. I also have a video to prove all above.

If you’re looking for cleanliness, and professionalism, this is not the place for you. These people are so rude. Literally the waiting room is so gross I couldn’t bring myself to wait any longer to see the exam rooms. Don’t give them your business.

Ridiculous long wait just to get a prescription for the pharmacy. If your looking for a timely manner visit, don't visit this doctors care.
