Staff is friendly, polite, and very efficient. I came in for a COVID test so I could travel internationally for my job. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional.

I have gone to the West Ashley location (Shelby Ray Ct) several times and have always been happy with the care I received. The staff is friendly and professional, I am usually seen fairly promptly, and I trust their knowledge and diagnosis. Also, they are highly cautious and careful in many ways during Covid (as they should be! But you’d be surprised...) I would recommend this group to anyone.

Hurt my back at work and went for treatment. Doctor was attentive. Staff didn't care. Had an x-ray but had to drive to a different location and it is 4 days since x-ray. Called and no care of why. Staff is rude and hung up on follow up. No organization.

I went one night recently right before closing. As burnt out as the staff should’ve been, they were all still very professional, kind, and patient. The wait was long, but the service was exceptional—even at that time of night. They close at 8 pm and there I was still being serviced after 8. My care wasn’t rushed. I felt heard. I was educated on matters I didn’t quite understand. I didn’t feel judged. The provider was very personable. I was afraid that the symptoms I was experiencing was more serious than what they actually turned out to be, but she listened to me. She understood me. I told her that my boyfriend was dishonest with me about some things and that I feared for my health because of it. She tested me for everything. The nurse was polite as well. I could tell she was tired and as she drew my blood I built rapport with her and thanked her for still being so kind to me. Every last person I had an encounter with was professional and kind.
