They gave me medicine that I told them I cannot tolerate on a Friday without any way to reach them or change it over the weekend. The doctor did not listen to me when I told him I could not tolerate that antibiotic and dismissed my concerns. They are now closed and I will have to go to another location to get this fixed.

Great Doctors Care location! All staff and doctors are amazing. I'd rather go here for my health care instead of my primary! And I do.

Stood outside waiting for them to open on Sunday morning from 9:30-9:45 with a very sick kid. Sign and internet information says they open at 9:00am. No one came and no one answered the phone. If you can’t staff a location, at least put up a sign to redirect people to another location. You are wasting people’s time. Two other patients were waiting in the parking lot, all of us gave up.

This was my first visit at this location and I was thoroughly impressed with how well Dr. Hanna explained everything in depth and took the time to go over every detail/aspect, as well as the reasoning behind why he was doing what he was doing. The tech was also very welcoming and humble. This was by far the best urgent care facility I have ever been to!
