Went to get a TB test and there was supposed to be a 3.5 hour wait due to the other centers being closed but I really only had to wait for an hour which was fine by me. Came back two days later and didn’t have to wait any time to get my test read.

They take every precaution and I felt very comfortable at all times. You check in and then go and wait in your car. They text you when it's time for your appointment and you walk right into the examining room. The nurses all have on face masks as well as full face protective coverings, gloves and surgical outerwear.

The physician I saw was excellent. However, the front desk representative was horrendously rude. I was honestly taken aback. She gave off the sense that I was inconveniencing her for daring to enter an urgent care for a walk-in appointment while I was ill. She should not work around people, particularly healthcare as she showed absolutely zero sympathy - and not just to me but to every patient that entered the door. I never give 1 star reviews, but I cannot justify anything greater than that. For your reference, this was Thanksgiving Day 2020.
