got me in and out and quickly with orders for imaging and getting the ball rolling with consults and a work excuse. they were easy to work with when the paperwork had to be faxed or updated. a very good option vs going to the e/r or trying to get into your doctor's office.

i do not recommend taking your child here if they are in pain. I went their and we were outside waiting from 4:00 and finally got into the building at 6:00. I didn't get checked until 6:30 it was horrible. I was in pain because i was at school and i fell on the stairs and hurt my knee it was horrible we were their from 4:00 to 7:40 but once i was taken care of the staff were very nice and helpful it just took so long i was getting frustrated.

I called the day before asking about test availability at their Hope Ferry location in Lexington. They said they had it. I checked their website this morning and it said 2 people ahead of me so I drove 40 minutes to the location to fine a printed closed sign on the door. I called around and the Newberry location said the had the test i wanted. I drive from Lexington to Newberry and nope, they don't have it. Ridiculous, not correct information. Never again!
