The lady at the front desk on the day of my visit was incredibly rude! I realize COVID is a real concern but forcing the patients to come in and out of the building several times is crazy! Touching door handles repeatedly....all to have to fill out info online anyway. When I attempted to get clarity as to how all of this worked the lady rolled her eyes at me and huffed. Was super frustrated to have to go in and out of the building in the pouring rain when I already did not feel well. I will for sure make me think twice before returning. The dr and nurse were great but the front is the face of the business and needs coaching.

I used to love coming here. It was quick and simple. Now we have been waiting over an hour with only 2 people in front of us. One went back and we haven't seen her come back out yet. We are still waiting. One lady did the call ahead and still waited 40 min here at the office. This is crazy and very slow. 2 hours, ugh!

This place is top notch! I used the online appointment feature, received a text 30 mins prior to my appoint, all of which was very easy to use. This location is very clean and well kept. All the staff I interacted with were very professional and helpful. Dr. Kelly was awesome, very personal and took the time to answer all my questions. He even filled my prescription before I left. Overall I highly recommend. 5Stars!

I called to find out how much flu shots would be without insurance (husband changed jobs and haven’t received cobra paperwork yet) and if they would give one to my son who turns 4 next month. They said yes it would be 33 each. Go there today and fill out 8 pages of paperwork while waiting. After 30 minutes I find out the shots are actually 79 each. I said fine I’ve been sitting here so I might as well just do it. Then the nurse takes our paperwork and comes back and says they won’t give him a shot til next month. The receptionist was the sweetest ever and I loved her. When I explained that I called the day before she said maybe it had gone to their call center in another country. Well, I don’t care where the person who answers the phone is - they should know the correct info. Again, receptionist is amazing but this company needs to get their stuff together so people don’t waste their time.
