Provider was very effective and helpful. Great bedside manner. Did not rush through consultation and send over my Rx fast. Will definitely go back. Just wish they would improve wait times.

Positive experience! This was my first time to this location, and I found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. I commute to Columbia and my appointment was ready while I was still on the road (I did online check in). The staff automatically rescheduled my appointment to prevent it from dropping out of the system. When I arrived, my appointment was moved back up so I could be seen. I was also provided with recommendations on where to pick up my prescriptions since I don't usually fill them in Columbia. FNP Sherry was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Three qualities I look for in a medical provider and not always easy to find. She did a full exam, asked all the right questions, and listened to the reason for my visit. I spent about a 1/2-hour at the office, which included updating my paperwork. While I wish I didn't have to make the visit, I was very pleased with my experience and will return to this location in the future.

It took a total of (no more than) 30 min for me to check in (I reserved my spot online) and be seen. The NP came right in, asked me some questions about my symptoms, gave me a thorough explanation of what she thought it was and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions I may have had. There are some Drs Care that are located closer to my home, but I will happily drive a little farther to go to this location. I was very pleased with the service and amount of time it took for me to be seen.

Parking is tough when you are sick and don't want to walk far but otherwise they were quick, nice and efficient. They also followed up with me a few days later to see if I was improving.

I arrived at 7:15 for a walk-in appointment and was in the office for around 20 minutes total-paperwork, wait time, and doctor visit all within that time span. Dr. Sherry was great! She diagnosed my illness quickly and and prescribed medication that was filled within the hour. Great experience!

Was able to make the appointment online for the same afternoon. Was sent a text on when to show up. Location was easy to find and get to. Wait time was almost nothing. Employees were super helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

I love this Doctors Care! I have been here a few times and my wait time was short each visit. The doctors are very nice. And Patrice is the best nurse! She was very quick and gentle for all the testing I needed done.
