Very poor followup and very hard to contact. My husband went in for bloodwork- the tech was unable to draw the blood so we were sent to Lab Corp in MI. Then we had to contact a week later because we heard nothing from the office with results. Currently we are trying to have RX’s filled for 3 days. Nurse called while we were traveling- said she would call back in 10 minutes. We waited 3 hrs- no call. We went over to the office at 3:00- OFFICE CLOSED! No call, no note on the door! They were supposed to be open until 5:00. So now my husband will be without his blood pressure medicine over the weekend. Thank you so much for your concern to your patients! Very poor service!!!!

Who'd have thought that I'd be posting a review for a COVID test but it's 2020! The pre check in email I got was very thorough and emphasized that I show up right on time. No 5 minutes early and waiting . So I I rolled in right on time and the technician was waiting. Didn't even get out of the car. She expertly swabbed me and I was on my way. Took 2 minutes! 5 stars!! I have used Doctor's Care several times and the have always been great.

Very nice people here. They were quick, polite, and answered all of my questions. It’s a convenient location and will come here again. The nurse explained how the testing was done and how long it would last. They make sure you are informed before doing anything.

Appears they are scamming people needing Covid-19 tests. I scheduled a virtual visit with Doctor's Care in order to get tested for Covid-19. I did not have symptoms, but was briefly exposed to someone who tested positive for Covid-19. I had a rapid test about a month ago at their Murrells Inlet location and it went well. I have both primary (Medicare) and secondary insurance (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) that was accepted . Recently, I learned that I was exposed to someone who tested positive, so I needed to get tested again - AS I SHOULD, PER CDC GUIDELINES. I did not have symptoms. I was also under the order of my dentist (in writing) that I needed to have a negative test prior to my appointment. The Doctors Care agent told me they changed their corporate guidelines and that I would be charged 150 up front for this test because I did not have symptoms. I repeatedly pled my case, but the person just dug in their heels. They also would not let me talk with a supervisor after I repeatedly asked - telling me that 'no one was there'. It is utterly preposterous that Doctor's care would choose to gouge patients for money in the middle of a dangerous pandemic with greater than 20% infection rates in our state. Later, I went to CVS, explaining the same exact need and was rapid tested there without any issues whatsoever. This was clearly an issue only with Doctor's care. In my need of medical attention, despite having both primary and secondary insurance, I was turned away.

they are scamming a lot of people who go for Covid test, they tell you 55 and then after a few days they send a bill claiming it was 150. expect you to pay 150, when they initially gave you 55 price, and send a bill very unprofessional, when you call them to dispute it, they say its for travel 150 when i was there no one told me travel or not they just did the test charged me 55 per person, and when i called back to dispute it they said someone put a note on your account it was travel, in fact it was for a job, very unprofessional not willing to help you, just because they claim 150 after the fact everything is done service and payment, ridiculous. and also we had the symptom oc covid, that required for our job we get tested. we dont have insurance we told them its out of pocket. they wouldnt honor what they quoted.

Happy with the service. Extremely unhappy with the survey . I do not want my survey published. There is no access to decline. Will not use the service for this reason in the future.
