I did NOT care for the tone and bedside manner used tonight with my daughter between the nurse who took vitals ans blood and the doctor neither were very friendly. The front desk staff were very welcoming though.. We came in for abdominal pain and no scans were done but jumped right to a pregnancy test on a 13 year old (without notifying me that was being done first). After 2 hours of waiting we got a 5 min \exam\ and I use the term exam very loosely. From now on if we need care I will drive a few extra miles and go elsewhere.

From the time I walked in to the time I left was 2 1/2 hours, the majority of it was waiting. When I call to get information on the patient portal access, the young lady that I spoke with had no idea how to assist me. Someone needs to train the staff on customer support. There were very few patients ahead of me to cause this long of a wait. Needless to say I will never come back here. The lack of professionalism and care for the patient and the attitude of the Front desk employees was very very poor. Not the way to run a business.

Waiting time to be seen after registering online was long. Then the waiting time to be seen by the practitioner while waiting in the exam room was long also. Nevertheless, the staff was very polite and helpful and I would return to this location.

Professional staff, good bedside manners from nurse and PA, on site resources to conduct lab work, x-ray and interpretation by doctors. My condition was diagnosed and a course of action set in place to help me recover.

I just paid 125.00 for my DOT Physical and once again a nurse practitioner made it hard for me to get qualified to drive. My office visit numbers were good and I take my medicine like I'm supposed to but because of my A1C from my personal doctor visit was a point over 10, I was not given my card. And I didn't get a refund. I'm gonna do the race card because everytime I have to deal with the NPR's I find myself getting refused for something. Yet as I go to different truck stops I see very over weight truck drivers whose meal plans are unbelievable. I suggest that all truck drivers of color stay away. It's sad that certain businesses make it hard for truck drivers to do their jobs! Maybe it's time for all truck drivers to take a stand against high fuel prices and DOT regulations and show the american people the importance of truck drivers. Because if it wasn't for out sacrifices they would wake up to empty shelves.
