Dr. Mark H. Prince LL, MD was amazing! He listened to me and was compassionate. He made sure to get me in for an MRI very quickly. He helped me to stop a medicine that I was having an allergic reaction to. He also refilled the ones that are actually helping me recover from an ongoing serious back injury. He's the kind of doctor that you can really trust and rely on. Thank you so much!! Happy holidays!

The only reason I am giving a one star is for the nurses. They are the best in customer service and work hard to get you in and out. However, that nurse practitioner needs a lot more bedside manner. She acted as though she didn’t want to deal with me. I asked for refills and she stated I had too much medication for her to refill anything. When I asked for a list of therapists bc I was experiencing extreme anxiety and depression she walked out of the room with me in tears and I never saw her again. It’s a good thing I wasn’t to the point of suicide bc she never would have known. It wasn’t until I walked up to a nurse and asked if she was through did anyone even know I was still there. Do Not come here if she is the doctor you have to see!

This place is an absolute joke. I'm currently going on an hour waiting with a strained back. Let's also add the 30 minutes they added to my original appointment. Lots of laughter amd chatter, so someone has time to party. Maybe Doctors should be held to the same standards as Dominos?
