Outstanding health care facility! Staff is friendly, kind and caring. I've been an in patient and out patient, have had p.t. for many issues. I'm very grateful for the specialty clinic. Great food too!

Our family has had several trips to the urgent care (we have several children) and it's consistently been a great experience (as good as can be expected for a trip to the hospital). We've never had to wait - we always get in almost immediately, get checked in and assigned a room to wait for the doctor. The staff is super-friendly (which is great late at night with a crying child) and really care about getting you in quickly to see a doctor. We've been to lots of urgent care facilities over the years and I think that this is the best one we've ever used!

Over the last 3 years I have been here for my parents. The utmost caring staff all around. ALL staff are very nice and welcoming. May each person who works there know you are important. I cannot say anything bad. God Bless those behind the scene and in front.

After having a serious leg injury, the Upland Hills ER stabilized me quickly and got me on my way. They contacted Dr. Graney, an orthopedic surgeon. Less than a week later, I had an MRI and was scheduled for surgery. Now I'm on the road to recovery. Fantastic service and compassion from a top notch hospital.

This place is awful. Avoid it all costs. The doctors and nurse practitioners are the worst I have ever dealt with. They over drug you and don't bother learning your history. They don't keep records of what they give their patients or what they can handle. And then they focus on the negative things instead of anything positive. If a patient is older they figure what’s the point in helping them, they might as well give up. Sure hope they get looked into. They need to start focusing on actually helping patients instead of convincing them to give up. The only positive things I can say is the place is clean and most of the nurses are good.
